St. John's Anglican Church, Nassagaweya
Faith Rooted in Common Prayer
Welcome to St. John’s
For more than 180 years, people have gathered in this little stone church in Campbellville to worship God, care for one another, and find strength for the journey of faith. As St. John's Anglican Church, we remain rooted in the timeless words of the Book of Common Prayer, offering reverent worship, thoughtful preaching, and the warmth of a community where people are known by name.
A Quiet Place in a Busy World
"Be still, and know that I am God." ~Psalm 46:10
Life moves quickly. St. John’s offers a different rhythm.
Here you’ll find ancient prayers that have sustained Christians for generations, worship shaped by Scripture and Holy Communion, and a congregation that genuinely cares for one another.
After worship, we gather downstairs for tea, coffee, sandwiches, and conversation. Visitors are always welcome to stay.

Rooted in Common Prayer
Experience the beauty and depth of Anglican worship through the Book of Common Prayer, treasured by Christians for generations.

A Caring Community
We're a small congregation where people know one another, notice when someone is missing, and gather for coffee, lunch, and conversation after worship most Sundays.

A Place of Peace
Nestled in the countryside of historic Nassagaweya, our 1844 stone church and peaceful churchyard offer a place of beauty, reflection, and hope.
